B2B Email Signature Generator Generator..
An email signature generator builds professional HTML signature blocks you can paste directly into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any email client. This free tool lets you enter your name, title, company, phone, email, website, social links, and an optional company logo, then generates a cross-client-compatible signature using table-based layouts with inline styles. Choose from four professional templates — Minimal, Modern, Bold, and Executive — customize your brand color, add an optional call-to-action banner, and copy the result as rich text for direct paste or raw HTML for your client's signature editor. All processing runs in your browser with zero data sent to any server.

Get Started in 3 Steps
Enter Your Details
Fill in your name, title, company, and contact information. Add optional social links and a company logo URL. All fields except name are optional — build as minimal or detailed a signature as you need.
Choose Template & Brand Color
Pick from four professional layouts (Minimal, Modern, Bold, Executive) and select a brand color from presets or enter a custom hex code. The live preview updates instantly so you can compare templates side by side.
Copy & Paste
Click "Copy as Rich Text" for direct paste into email client settings, or "Copy as HTML" for raw HTML code. The signature uses table-based layouts with inline styles for maximum email client compatibility.
Under the Hood
When you enter your details, the generator creates an HTML email signature using nested table layouts with the role="presentation" attribute for accessibility. Every style is applied inline — no external CSS, no <style> blocks, no web fonts — because most email clients strip or ignore external stylesheets.
All user input is sanitized before rendering. Text fields are HTML-escaped to prevent script injection, and URL fields (website, social links, logo, CTA) are validated to accept only http:// and https:// schemes. The same safe rendering is used for both the live preview and the copied output.
The templates use only email-safe CSS properties: no flexbox, no grid, no calc(). Images include explicit width and height attributes with display:block to prevent gaps in Outlook. The email-safe font stack (Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif) ensures consistent typography across all major email clients.
When you copy as rich text, the generator uses the Clipboard API to write both HTML and plain-text representations simultaneously. For browsers that do not support the ClipboardItem API, it falls back to rendering the signature in an offscreen element and using the Selection API. All processing runs in your browser — no data is sent to any server.
