B2B Email Signature Generator Generator..

An email signature generator builds professional HTML signature blocks you can paste directly into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any email client. This free tool lets you enter your name, title, company, phone, email, website, social links, and an optional company logo, then generates a cross-client-compatible signature using table-based layouts with inline styles. Choose from four professional templates — Minimal, Modern, Bold, and Executive — customize your brand color, add an optional call-to-action banner, and copy the result as rich text for direct paste or raw HTML for your client's signature editor. All processing runs in your browser with zero data sent to any server.

How to Use

Get Started in 3 Steps

Step 01

Enter Your Details

Fill in your name, title, company, and contact information. Add optional social links and a company logo URL. All fields except name are optional — build as minimal or detailed a signature as you need.

Step 02

Choose Template & Brand Color

Pick from four professional layouts (Minimal, Modern, Bold, Executive) and select a brand color from presets or enter a custom hex code. The live preview updates instantly so you can compare templates side by side.

Step 03

Copy & Paste

Click "Copy as Rich Text" for direct paste into email client settings, or "Copy as HTML" for raw HTML code. The signature uses table-based layouts with inline styles for maximum email client compatibility.

How It Works

Under the Hood

When you enter your details, the generator creates an HTML email signature using nested table layouts with the role="presentation" attribute for accessibility. Every style is applied inline — no external CSS, no <style> blocks, no web fonts — because most email clients strip or ignore external stylesheets.

All user input is sanitized before rendering. Text fields are HTML-escaped to prevent script injection, and URL fields (website, social links, logo, CTA) are validated to accept only http:// and https:// schemes. The same safe rendering is used for both the live preview and the copied output.

The templates use only email-safe CSS properties: no flexbox, no grid, no calc(). Images include explicit width and height attributes with display:block to prevent gaps in Outlook. The email-safe font stack (Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif) ensures consistent typography across all major email clients.

When you copy as rich text, the generator uses the Clipboard API to write both HTML and plain-text representations simultaneously. For browsers that do not support the ClipboardItem API, it falls back to rendering the signature in an offscreen element and using the Selection API. All processing runs in your browser — no data is sent to any server.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an email signature generator and why do I need one?
An email signature generator is a tool that creates professional, HTML-formatted signature blocks you can paste into your email client. A well-designed signature reinforces your brand, provides recipients with multiple ways to reach you, and can drive clicks to your website or latest content via CTA banners. Hand-coding HTML email signatures is error-prone because email clients like Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail all render HTML differently — our generator handles cross-client compatibility automatically using table-based layouts with inline styles.
How do I copy and paste the signature into my email client?
Use the "Copy as Rich Text" button for the best results — this copies the formatted signature so you can paste it directly into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail signature settings and see the design preserved. If your email client strips rich formatting, use "Copy as HTML" instead and paste the raw HTML code into your client's HTML signature editor. In Gmail, go to Settings > Signature and paste. In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures. The rich text method works for most modern email clients without any technical knowledge.
Will the signature look the same in every email client?
We use table-based HTML layouts with inline styles and email-safe fonts (Arial/Helvetica) to maximize compatibility across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and Thunderbird. However, some rendering differences are unavoidable — Outlook 2007-2019 uses the Word HTML rendering engine which handles line-height and padding differently, and some mobile clients may reflow tables. Each template includes compatibility notes explaining known limitations. For the highest consistency, the Minimal template has the fewest cross-client edge cases.
Can I use my own brand colors in the signature?
Yes. Choose from 10 preset brand color swatches for quick selection, or click "Custom Color" to enter any hex code for your exact brand color. The brand color is applied to accent elements like dividers, links, job title text, and CTA buttons in the generated signature. Since the signature output is used in email clients (not on our site), custom hex values are fully supported regardless of our tool's design system. The color is applied via inline styles for maximum email client compatibility.
Is my data stored or sent to a server?
No. All signature generation happens entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your name, email, company details, and social links never leave your device — nothing is sent to our servers, stored in any database, or logged. You can safely enter confidential contact information. The generated HTML is a self-contained block that works anywhere without depending on our servers.
